Coalition Building
We have been privileged to help lead some of the broadest coalitions ever assembled in Southern California. From running the Political Department to oppose Measure S, the Neighborhood Integrity Initiative, in Los Angeles in 2016, to working on Barack Obama's Iowa Caucus campaign Political Department in 2007. We have the broad breadth of experience of doing the research, leg work, and face-to-face interaction with the intense attention-to-detail it takes to bring together differing and diverse coalition partners.
It starts with knowing what is realistic and what is not worth our time, and building out the team from there. We bring on the best local staff possible who can get certain meetings, get calls returned, and get the respect due to deep, long relationships.
